Conveyor Lines’ spiral conveyors come, as standard, with an external diameter of 5750mm and an infeed height of 4050mm. The belt is a side flexing acetal open modular belt, utilises up to 14 tiers, and is reinforced with floor supports. This conveyor runs at a speed of 0-5m/min with a 0.75kw/3ph/240-415v/IP56 shaft mounted motor. Similar to all our range of conveyors, our spiral conveyors are constructed from stainless steel grade 304 with a brush polish finish to ensure hygiene and safety. The electrical controls allow for remote control of the belt, including speed variations.
